About American Legion Auxiliary Unit 566 - Michelle Lesch President
We are the spouses, mothers, sisters, daughters, grandmothers and granddaughters of veterans who served honorably since December 7, 1942. If a veteran is living he/she must be a member of the American Legion.
MISSION STATEMENT. In the spirit of Service, Not Self, the mission of the American Legion Auxiliary is to support The American Legion and to honor the sacrifice of those who serve by enhancing the lives of our veterans, military, and their families, both at home and abroad. For God and Country, we advocate for veterans, educate our citizens, mentor youth, and promote patriotism, good citizenship, peace, and security.
ACTIVITIES. We support Junior Activites, Poppy Project, High School Scholarship, ALA MN Girls State Program, Blue Star Families, Celebration of Life for Deceased Veterans,
We meet the 2nd Monday of the Month August through May of each fiscal year at 6:30 PM Lino Lakes American Legion Post 566 at 7731 Lake Drive for planning and executing our activities.
