Freedom Fishing Foundation is looking for Fishing Guides throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Male & Female Guides are Needed
Qualifications:
1.) Able to provide boat with motor or pontoon for 1 - 4 people.
2.) Must be CPR Certified.
3.) Prefered be Military Connected. (Active, Reserve, Retired, Veteran, Service Provider)
4.) Must provide Certificate of Insurance

Must have current Certification of CPR and First Aid Card.
Must hold provide Certificate of Insurance for Liability
Provide boat/pontoon & motor for Freedom Fishing Excursions.
Possession of Minnesota or Wisconsin Fishing License.
Ability to pass a pre- employment drug test and subsequent random drug tests

Responsibilities:
Excursion activities include guiding up to four guests fishing, navigate and supervise the safe operation of boat and excursion
Keep watch from the weather for maintaining safety of self and others.
Provide routine maintenance, cargo stowage, and loading and unloading operations for self & guests.
Coordinate the daily guided fishing and sightseeing activities of the guests and are responsible for their enjoyment and safety.
Determine the position of the boat and surrounding obstructions.
Handle lines while berthing and conducting towing operations.
Assist and instruct guests, assisting with setting and pulling fish.
Assist guests and crew with setting and pulling fish.
Provide medical and/or first aid treatment for guests and crew.
Ability to follow and enforce safety regulations and rules.
Record all required data in the ADFG saltwater charter boat logbook daily. Do they need to complete a log of their trip. Let’s set that up so they do it electronically and it is logged in a data chart on the one drive.
Clean and process fish for guests each day upon completion of trip.
